Give your pup a quick city or park adventure with Trails and Tails Dog Walking's invigorating 30-minute walks! Perfect for a quick burst of exercise and exploration, our experienced and caring walkers will lead your dog through your neighborhood and parks.  They will  provide essential physical activity and mental stimulation while you are out or busy! Whether it's a lunchtime break or a boost of energy, our 30-minute walks ensure your dog gets quality outdoor time, returning home happy, healthy, and ready for cuddles.  Our 30-minute dog walking service is designed to provide the perfect amount of exercise and mental stimulation for most dogs. Whether your dog needs a mid-day energy outlet or just a reliable routine while you're at work, this option offers consistency and care from an experienced, trusted professional.
A 30-minute walk is ideal for dogs who need regular exercise but may not require extended periods of physical activity. It’s long enough to help manage energy levels, support healthy digestion, and prevent common behavioral issues caused by boredom, such as chewing or excessive barking.  This can be essential when living in Seattle apartments or maintaining your home.

This duration works well for:

  • Adult/Senior dogs with moderate energy levels

  • Dogs who thrive on routine

  • Owners with busy schedules who still want to provide daily care and enrichment

At Trails & Tails Dog Walking, our 30-minute solo walk service is designed to provide your dog with the perfect balance of exercise, mental stimulation, and personalized care. Whether your pup needs a midday potty break, a burst of energy, or a calming stroll around the neighborhood, this service is tailored to fit their individual needs. Each walk is one-on-one, ensuring your dog receives the full attention of their dedicated walker, who will match your pet’s pace and personality. After every walk, you’ll receive a detailed update that includes GPS tracking, photos, and a summary of your dog’s activity so you can stay connected even while you're away.

This service is available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with a $10 surcharge for any walks outside of regular hours. If you have more than one dog, we’re happy to accommodate for an additional $15 per pet during the same session. We currently serve the Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, Central District, Madison Park, Madrona, and Eastlake neighborhoods of Seattle. If you're located nearby but not listed, feel free to reach out—we may still be able to help.

To provide consistent, high-quality care, we require a minimum of two recurring walks per week. Additional walks can be scheduled with at least two business days' notice. Before your dog’s first outing, we’ll arrange a free meet-and-greet to ensure the perfect match between your pet and their walker. With Trails & Tails, you can expect reliable, professional service from walkers who are familiar with your neighborhood and deeply committed to your dog’s well-being. Your dog will be paired with the same trusted walker for every session, helping to build a relationship based on trust, comfort, and care. We believe in clear communication, consistent service, and above all, happy dogs.
